FAQ

What is your return policy? how many days do I have to return a product?For online purchases, we will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition accompanied by the original invoice, original TTG packaging and security return/exchange label intact within 14 days of receiving the item.Please note merchandise marked SALE or purchase with the use of TTG discount codes can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded. We also do not offer free returns as our delivery surcharge is NON-REFUNDABLE.All discrepancies with orders need to be reported within 24 to 48hrs.Please note:The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse unless sent via special delivery.

I have not received my order. If your order has taken longer than a week to arrive from dispatch, feel free to contact us and we will be able to inform you further.I received the wrong item.If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the item that you have received. Please can you send this back to us at Standard Delivery cost which will be reimbursed once a copy of your Standard return receipt is received.You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it in exchange for a replacement or store credit minus any shipping or custom fee cost we have incurred. ANY item that is returned must be unused.

In the unlikely instance of any faults in an item, the customer may send the item back for a repair or refund. We will bear the cost of shipping.Any unshipped orders may be cancelled.All refunds will be processed as soon as items are returned to sender.
